So this is one that was mentioned on Facebook recently by Linda, so I thought I would give it a try. I googled and found the recipe and its lovely.

  • 455g parsnips
  • 225g carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5inch piece of fresh ginger
  • grated rind and juice of 1 large orange
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • water to max level on soup maker
  • salt & pepper to taste after cooking

Cut the veg into chunks put all ingredients into soup maker, select smooth and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste once cooked.
