So this is one that was mentioned on Facebook recently by Linda, so I thought I would give it a try. I googled and found the recipe and its lovely.
- 455g parsnips
- 225g carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5inch piece of fresh ginger
- grated rind and juice of 1 large orange
- 1 veg stock cube
- water to max level on soup maker
- salt & pepper to taste after cooking
Cut the veg into chunks put all ingredients into soup maker, select smooth and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste once cooked.
